Carole has been designing and making template patterns for the last 15 years. She has a wealth of crafting experience from when she had her own shop (Gingernuts) where she taught lessons as well as teaching as a college lecturer on crafts. Carole also has many years of dress making experience.
Phil has 20 years of engineering design experience and handles the I.T. side of the business. He enjoys graphic design and desktop publishing as well as being creative. He also spent a while designing gardens and has experience as a freelance artist.
